Engineering Support

Trillium Industries' engineering team offers an acute understanding of the technologies, manufacturing processes and quality requirements for the products that we service. They continuously track, correlate, and analyze failure information for our service programs, providing "eyes-in-the-field" to product manufacturers. Program Engineers are assigned to each client, acting as the primary technical liaison between the manufacturer, the customer, and Trillium Industries' operations team. We believe that our engineering support services have set the benchmark for service excellence.
